A custom Facebook page is a great way to show anyone who lands on your page exactly why they should click the Like button. And they are fairly easy to create if you know a little bit of HTML and CSS.

I’m a sucker for a good gadget, and my latest find is the Brinno GardenWatchCam. This camera takes individual jpg images at set intervals and puts them together into time-lapse videos.

The Des Moines Register launched it’s Groupon/Living Social-like daily deal site Deal Chicken today. And The Register is doing a nice job of promoting the site on its home page.
