I added the El Paso Times this month, even though they are not in the top 100 newspapers by print circulation. If you know of a paper that has a lot of followers despite not being in the top 100 of circulation, let me know and I will add them to the list.<\/p>\n<h3>The top 10<\/h3>\n<p>The only change in the
