WordPress has released version 3.6 (codename: Oscar), and it’s a beautiful thing from where I stand.
There’s a new responsive, blog-friendly theme called 2013 and the ability to lock posts so others can’t edit at the same time.
But what I’m most excited for (especially because I teach multimedia) are the ability to easily embed video and audio in your posts.

They look great. Be sure to update to 3.6.
Gotta be careful with locally hosted videos. This video might be a big file with a large resolution. It doesn’t download as fast as it can play. You might benefit from reducing the resolution of the video which will in turn greatly reduce the size of the file needed to download.
It plays, it just has to stop and start every few seconds if play is click quickly.
