I’ve been tracking the top TV newspapers on Facebook for 9 months. And today, I’m pleased to share for the first time a list of the top TV stations on Facebook.
The list contains 102 TV stations at launch, mostly from the top 24 local TV markets. I’ve also added other TV station pages with a high number of likes that I came across in my research.
Here’s the initial Top 10
- FOX 8, Cleveland – 166,740
- KUTV, Salt Lake City – 131,800
- WXIN, Indianapolis – 73,956
- Fox 13, Salt Lake City – 59,873
- LEX 18, Lexington – 58,914
- WPVI, Philadelphia – 51,496
- WHDH, Boston – 44,244
- Fox 2, St. Louis – 42,813
- WTAE, Pittsburgh – 41,583
- KCCI, Des Moines – 41,108
Here’s where you come in: I will continue to add stations to the list, but if you know of a Facebook page that should be added please send it my way. This list will mostly grow from your crowdsourcing efforts.
